shin splints....lucky me!

15 minutes ice, 15 minutes heat...it's quite a painful process!!

i am like so proud of myself! for the past week or so, i've really been trying hard to eat healthy. i havn't drank as much pop, but more water and juice. and then instead of eating crappy junk food, i've been eating salads, fruit and good stuff like that. then the other day i was in ballet, and class was pretty much over and i was just cooling off...i randomly started to do stomach crunches. they hurt physco bad...but at the same time, felt amazing! today, instead of sitting around the house all day i went out and took a run. although i am quite sore....i feel great!!

so the play was friday, and it was AMAZING!! the cinderella play went so well, and it was so funny! i was anastaia, and apperently i was pretty dag on funny...after the play, some people were telling me that i remind them of a female jerry lewis, while i'm acting...which was a pretty cool compliment being that jerry lewis is one of the best comedy actors of all time...so yeah

then yesterday was my very last drama class...it was so sad, but so fun! the girls who took the class, we all had to do a monolouge in front of the parents and all...so the first 2 gals went, and they both had really short quick monolouges that were pretty easy to act...i was last and my monolouge was pretty long for a monolouge..it was from a play called "painting churches" (i can't think how to spell church....wait, did i spell it right? well....whatev) so anywho, every single time i did my monolouge in class, i would always forget it, and that was really annoying, so yesterday while i was doing it, i remembered all the lines and i acted it really really really well!!!!! so i was very proud of myself, and so was jocey....i love jocey!!!
